With over 15 years of experience, you'll be a key technical leader, guiding and inspiring a team of 10 talented engineers. You'll work on critical projects for our clients, including major corporations and public sector organizations, while actively contributing to open-source communities. You'll be based at our headquarters on Île Saint-Germain in Issy-les-Moulineaux, with remote work opportunities thanks to our flexible policy. You'll collaborate closely with our OSSA Director and a passionate, committed team.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 10 engineers, bringing your expertise to ensure the technical quality of projects.
Incident Management: Handle critical incidents in our clients' IT systems, identifying and fixing complex bugs.
Design & Development: Participate in the design and development of innovative, robust solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.
Community Contributions: Maintain and enhance open-source projects, actively participating in communities and sharing your knowledge.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Write technical articles, guides, and best practices to share your expertise with both the community and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to optimize existing systems using the best available practices and technologies.
Mentorship & Training: Provide continuous training to your team, sharing your knowledge and encouraging professional growth.

Technical Versatility: You see different programming languages as tools, understanding their general principles. You have strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Unix) and cloud/container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Open Source Contributor: You're an active member of the open-source community with significant contributions to major projects.
Innovative Spirit: You're always on the lookout for new technologies and best practices, applying them to improve systems and processes.
Writing & Sharing: You have experience writing technical articles and enjoy sharing your expertise through blogs, conferences, or training.
Fluent English: You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, and can collaborate with international teams.
Technical Skills
System Administration: Advanced skills in Linux system administration (Debian, Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
Cloud & Containers: Experience with cloud and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
CI/CD: Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
Security: Strong understanding of information system security practices.
