Your Responsibilities

You will become a vital member of a cross-functional team comprising a designer, web integrator, and communication officer, all under the guidance of our Communications Director, Frédéric. In this role, you will actively participate in executing the annual communication plan, focusing on its internal, external, and event-related dimensions. Expect to engage in a significant amount of content creation and event organization throughout the year.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
  • Proposing actionable strategies to be integrated into the communication plan.
  • Conceptualizing, writing, and formatting various content types, including texts, visuals, and videos.
  • Contributing to the preparation of events and participating in trade shows in France and internationally.
  • Managing daily community interactions on LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Engaging in public relations and maintaining press contacts.
  • Embracing storytelling to advocate for Europe’s digital sovereignty, which serves as the guiding theme of our communication strategy.

Required Skills

  • Mastery of writing techniques to ensure compelling content.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar, reflecting high professional standards.
  • Proficiency in office suite software to enhance productivity.
  • Experience in community management on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEA strategies to optimize content visibility.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
  • Equivalent experience with Adobe Suite and Figma (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic video editing skills, particularly using iMovie.
  • Excellent rigor and organizational abilities.
  • Master’s degree (M2), ESC, MBA, Communication/Event Management, EFAP, CELSA – Final year.
