We prefer candidates with higher education (minimum Bac+2) in accounting or finance for better understanding of the role, along with at least 2 years of successful experience in an accounting position, ideally in the digital sector. We are looking for a communicative person with a service-oriented mindset, who is organized and meticulous in carrying out their tasks. A strong commitment to our organization for the long term is also essential. We primarily use Excel and Sage 100. Proficiency in English is a real asset.
You will report to our Accounting Manager. Additionally, within this team, you will also collaborate with a general accountant. This is a small, friendly team working in a multi-company environment! You will be based at the company's headquarters, at "Villa GoodTech." The company has a telecommuting policy for many employees, supported by a charter.
Your Responsibilities
Your detailed responsibilities will include:
Cash management
Project management (advising project managers, monitoring the progress of services, alerting on overspending projects, and unstaffed/uncompleted projects)
Subcontracting management (reporting to authorities, contracts, purchase requests, monitoring, and validating services)
Public procurement management (pledging receivables, subcontracting declarations, price updates, using ChorusPro, etc.)
