Context : In a context of transformation and growth, we are looking for a Linux System and Network Administrator / Cloud Architect to support the expansion of our company both in France and internationally. We are seeking a Linux Senior System and Network Administrator / Cloud Architect to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud, while supporting the development of innovative and efficient solutions for our internal systems and client platforms. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Linux administration, networking, and cloud architecture who is eager to contribute to a collaborative, open-source-focused environment. Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of internal and SaaS customer tools and infrastructures (firewall, Wi-Fi, email, video conferencing, file sharing, etc.), you possess a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to user service. You will report directly to our CTO Run Services while collaborating with other system administrators and DevOps engineers in the Run Services team, as well as with our development, product, and administrative teams. You have management qualities that will allow you to organize the work of Linux system administrators in France and internationally, while being the driving force behind their continued progress. You have a higher education degree (minimum Bac+5) in computer science and a proven experience in a similar rôle with a minimum of 5 years' experience with a strong background in system and network administration in Linux and Cloud.

Your Responsibilities: As a Linux Senior System and Network Administrator / Cloud Architect, your responsibilities will include: System Administration:
Manage and maintain Linux servers and associated infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
Oversee upgrades, configurations, and monitoring of internal and external platforms.
Cloud Architecture:
Design and implement cloud-based solutions by leveraging platforms that guarantee data security and governance such as OVH and Outscale.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-effectiveness, scalability, and security.
Network Management:
Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues.
Support and Collaboration:
Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with DevOps, development teams, and external partners to align systems with project goals.
Innovation and Improvement:
Identify and implement new technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
Contribute to open-source projects and the broader technical community.

Required Skills:
Technical Expertise with advanced Linux system administration skills, proficiency in cloud technologies and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and a strong understanding of network protocols, application protocols (email protocols, DAV, OpenID Connect, Matrix, etc.) and security best practices.
Problem-Solving with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in multi-tier environments.
Communication and Collaboration: Clear communicator, capable of working effectively in cross-functional and international teams. You have a big experience in documenting systems, policies, and procedures.
