We need an IT recruiter who will contribute to the development of the company's products, search for cool developers, managers and other IT specialists using all possible methods, including non-trivial ones, who will be able to maintain open communication and friendly atmosphere in the team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
Strong technical knowledge, understanding of IT terminology, ideally our candidate is a former developer who understands how to write good code but has made the choice to communicate with people
4 years of experience working in a global IT company in a similar position
experience in closing any technical positions, including complex ones (from junior to CTO)
understanding of the specifics of searching in local markets (Asia, Middle East)
experience in implementing the FULL cycle of recruitment (from requirement gathering to the offer);
knowledge of default recruitment sources, ability to write search queries;
ability to competently assess a candidate's Soft skills, application of several types of interviews (competency-based interview (CBI) / Technical interview / Case interview);
ability to forecast ways of closing vacancies in different directions (from IT to business direction);
good understanding of the IT market
knowledge and mastery of different recruitment methods
ability to work for results and fulfil all the set KPIs
successful experience of co-operation with recruitment agencies
successful use of methods of recruiting developers for IT companies, such as:
CV searches on recruiting websites
recruitment through social networks and professional communities
employee referrals
attending events and conferences
knowledge of IT terminology and understanding of specific professions
stress tolerance
fluent English
Experience in:
working in Odoo and similar CRM systems;
managing related HR projects
mentoring/coaching and sharing experience with junior team members
At least 2 references from senior managers from past employers
Duties:
liaising with managers and drawing up a recruitment plan
drafting job descriptions in accordance with the requirements and standards of the site. If necessary, co-operation with designers to create visual and video materials.

Candidate assessment at the interview and quick feedback on it
active candidate search and timely closing of vacancies
constant monitoring of the market and specialised events
